Stephanie Bell, Founding Partner

Stephanie is an Emmy nominated and multi-award winning producer with over 25 years experience producing and line producing features, shorts, plays and new media. Her recent feature I Am Still Here explores the illegal child sex trafficking industry in the U.S. The film showed in over 50 film festivals around the world, garnering more than 35 awards, including 10 for “Best Feature Film”. The film is available on Amazon. Stephanie’s goal has always been to tell daring and provocative stories that spark a dialogue about the human condition and how our actions impact it. Stephanie also serves as an adjunct professor of film at College of the Desert in Palm Desert, California, as well as a casting director and mentor to high school students in the Coachella Valley. She served as the Festival Director for the 2014 AMFM Fest and co-chaired the Events Committee of the Palm Springs Women in Film & TV (PSWIFT). She is a member of Women in Media and Film Independent. Stephanie has worked for Paramount Pictures Studio and independent film companies such as Interscope Communications, and Badlands Features, among others. Before producing, Stephanie was an actress, performing Off-Broadway, and studying under the tutelage of the Oscar-winning director, Mike Nichols. Stephanie graduated from Haverford College, in Haverford, PA, with a BA in English literature.
Michael Lipoma, Founding Partner

Michael is a producer and founding partner at BelLipoma Entertainment. He was Producer on a TV pilot, Executive Producer on a feature that earned ten festival wins for “Best Picture,” and is a Co-Creator and Executive Producer on a television series currently in development in New Zealand. An award-winning WGA writer, Michael’s scripts have placed in the semifinals or higher in every major screenwriting completion, including winning the Grand Prize in the Slamdance Screenwriting Competition. Michael’s experience in script/story development assures that BelLipoma properties compete at the highest level in today’s marketplace.
Before producing full time, Michael was Vice President of a $150 Million company. His education and experience align him directly with BelLipoma’s mission to deliver inspirational, impactful stories to the global marketplace with a keen focus on the audience’s need to be entertained.
